Matt and Cyndi Dirks have been married for thirteen years. Along with Caleb, Talia, and Micah they enjoy frequent family outings to the beach and weekly visits to Cinnabon. A graduate of UCLA and Talbot School of Theology, Matt served as a youth pastor for seven years in Kailua before planting Harbor. He loves teaching, mentoring leaders, and engaging in conversations with random people at Starbucks. His most fulfilling moments are when he sees God bringing change to someone’s life. Matt volunteers as a soccer and football coach, serves on the Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board, and enjoys surfing at many East Oahu breaks whenever he gets the chance.
